Returns & Refunds

Stripoo strives to provide a straightforward 45 days refund & return policy and a 12 month warranty for our customers.

Order cancellation:

All orders of Stripoo can be cancelled before they are shipped out. Customers are advised to contact us within 12 hours or sonner for your paid order which needs to be altered or cancelled. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, Stripoo can no longer cancel or modify your order for your best interest.

Exchange & refunds:

For any reason if you are not satisfied with the purchase within 45 days upon order delivery, please send us your order detail (with problems specified) to our email address: support@stripoo.com. We'll either send you a free replacement or refund without additional processing fees charged.

Stripoo takes the responsibility for paying shipping fee for returns if the order of any issue is our responsibilities. We will offer you options to your preference either for a new replacement or refund in full amount within 2 business days (Shipping fee of expedited orders will be reducted) except on holidays with email notification. 

All refunds for returns, order cancellations, missing & defective orders will be issued within 2 business days upon confirmation, the refund will be sent back to your original order-paid account. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you still don't receive your refund after 1 week's time, feel free to contact us: support@stripoo.com.

Returns:

Stripoo offers an extensive 45-day return policy upon order delivery with following requirements:

  1. Eligibilities of returns are subject to the following conditions & events only:
  • Defective order received
  • Damaged order received
  • Product quality issue within 45 day's use.
  • Different product received.
  1. Customers MUST contact Stripoo at Support@stripoo.com first for a return request. If the return is accepted, Stripoo will send a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how to send your package back to our warehouse:

    Customers will also be informed via email if the return request is rejected.
  2. The item must be in the same condition as the customers received it, unworn or only slightly used.

Missing orders (failed to delivery within 1 month) will be refunded in full amount in 2 business days upon confirmation.
